Myra Widiono proudly presents, MEERA, an exotic, elegant, and radiant fashion.
This collection showcases the elegance of Indonesia’s Indigenous textiles, reflecting the Myra’s vision through an eco-design and zero-waste approach. It highlights three key themes: resilience, unreason, and booster. The use of soft, natural tones inspired by the forest, alongside vibrant, energetic colors, adds sophistication and makes it appealing to young audiences. By merging sustainable fashion with traditional Indonesian textiles, each piece draws from the country’s rich cultural heritage, aiming to inspire and influence the global fashion industry.
A preview of MEERA’s collection by Myra Widiono was held at The Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, London, on September 14th. Participating in this prestigious fashion show in the heart of London was an incredible experience, allowing me to promote my mission of using Indonesia’s Indigenous textiles through an eco-design and zero-waste approach, merging sustainable fashion to inspire and impact the global fashion industry.
